The daughter of a German mother and a Gambian father, Belli repeatedly has articulated her pain and anger at unacceptable conditions in Germany, but also her hope for better times, in articles in Stern, Vogue and Drehscheibe. In television interviews, she calls for responsible action and civil courage.<br \/>\nWith the interactive media reportage format follow me.reports, Belli provides young people with a platform to take a position on current and socially relevant debates. In doing so, she consciously pushes the limits of endurance\u2014while still always managing to strike the right chord.
